Providing Appraisal Services in the greater San Francisco-Bay Area and the Sacramento Region
The service area for consulting, due diligence support, and appraisal review services includes all areas of California. Appraisal reviews involving properties outside the state of California may be possible with sufficient notice to meet the reciprocal licensing requirements of appraiser regulatory agencies for the other state.
Our office is located in the community of Benicia in Solano County along the northern shore of the Carquinez Strait. The Benicia location allows for access within a roughly 30-45 minute drive to nearly all communities in Solano, Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Contra Costa, Alameda and Yolo Counties. Our primary service area includes all of the nine Bay Area counties as well as many of the counties in the central Sacramento Valley. Counties in dark blue represent the primary service area and the surrounding counties in lighter blue are in the secondary service area.
